The Head Coach of the National Soccer Team has invited 14 foreign based players for the Lone star upcoming match with Zimbabwe.
Liberia plays away against Zimbabwe on June 11 in Harare in the first group match of the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier.
Coach James Debbah has named high profile Liberian striker William Jebor to lead the line for the red, white and blue boys who will be assisted by Sam Johnson and Alex Nimely.
Spanish based goalkeeper Boison Wynney DE Souza and United States based defender Joel Johnson Alajarin are expected to make their official national team debut alongside Alex Nimely.
The rest of the players are regular call ups except for Sylvanus Nimely that is expected to make his senior team debut.
The 14 players are Boison Wynney DE Souza of CD Llosetense (Spain), Joel Johnson Alajarin of CHARLOTTE INDEPENDENCE (USA), Murphy Oscar Dorley of TRAKAI FC (LITHUIANIAN) and Alfred Jaryan of AIZAWL FC (INDIA).
Others are Teah Dennis of AL AHLI (JORDAN), Marcus Macauley of AL AHLI (JORDAN), Zah Rahan Krangar of FELDA UNITED(MALAYSIA), Dirkir Glay of PERSIBA BALIKPANPAN(INDONESIA) and Dioh Williams who plays his club football in Sweden.
Alex Tchuimeni Nimely of STABAEK IF (NORWAY), Anthony Snoti Laffor of MAMELODI SUNDOWNS (SOUTH AFRICA), Sam Johnson of WUHAN ZALL (CHINA) William Jebor of WYDAD CASABLANCA (MOROCCO) and Sylvanus Nimely of FC SPARTAK MOSCOW (RUSSIA) complete the lineup of players invited for the showpiece.
