The visitors FC Johansen started the match very optimistically taking an early 1-0 lead through George Matta header in the tenth minute beating BYC’s Morris Tarr.

After the opening  goal BYC reconsolidated  and mounted  pressure on their Sierra Leonean counterparts, dominating the showpiece as   Johansen   play  much of the first half on their side of the pitch.

Junior Barshall long range shot was saved by Johansen goal keeper Kamara who put out a beautiful display by making several decent saves.

In  the 40th minute BYC pressure the defense of Johansen with their interchanging play which cause the visitors to make elementary mistakes by giving out balls out to BYC.
