Taurus Manneh Keeps Firing Goals

Liberians playing in Sweden will resume the search for points this weekend to improve their status on various division tables.

Former Monrovia FC striker Taurus Manneh was ahead for IK Viking IF during their Thursday fixture against Rottneros, it was their second game of the season. The Liberian striker netted two goals last weekend during the club 2-2 away settled match.

The forward has scored three goals and a penalty in two matches for the club and was brilliant during their preseason. He last played for 2nd division side Carlstad United BK when he arrived from Liberia through Wilhelm Myrer the CEO and Owner of Monrovia FC.

Dioh Williams side BK Hacken collected three points on Wednesday during their 3-0 away result from Atvidaberg and they moved 2nd on the log with 13points from seven matches in the Swedish top flight, the Allsvenskan.

BK Hacken will be at home on the 10th of this month against Gefle during their 8th match of the season.

Former Mighty Barrolle goal netter Amadaiya Rennie will lead his side Degerfors IF during their fifth outing of the Swedish second tie (Superttan).

Degerfors IF is position at the bottom of the table without any point from four matches and they will be looking forward to Saturday fixture to earn their first 1 or 3 points of the season.

Three Liberians will function in Harnosands FF second match of the Swedish 2nd division league on Saturday.

Striker Anthony Allison netted the club lone goal last weekend that gave them their first three points and he will be supported by former Mighty Barrolle and Monrovia FC striker Prince Somah and former Monrovia FC and IK Viking goal netter James Teaway when they take on ASSI this weekend.

The club first match of the season was postponed due to heavy down full of snow two weeks ago; Harnosands FF is now 5th on the log with three points from one game.
Lone Star Under-23 Striker Sam Johnson and defensive midfielder Arnold Kennedy will line up for Juventus IF this weekend against Jarna SK, the club is without a point from three matches this season.
