Steve Davis Impress By Government’s Support

FIFA Player Agent Steve Davis said the level of support given the national team, the Lone Star, impresses him.

Mr. Davis told Star Radio the decision by government to invite eight foreign based players for the recent nations cup qualifier was commendable.

He said this showed government’s commitment to the promotion of football in the country.

The FIFA Player agent praised the Liberia Football Association and the Ministry of Youth & Sports for their collaboration to ensure Liberia victory.

Mr. Davis has also praised the country’s overseas players for their level of commitment and dedication to the national team.

The FIFA Player Agent has also disclosed that he has received invitations for some players to leave the country before the end of the year.

Mr. Davis said the players would be heading for Russia.
He said if more players leave the country the better it would be for the growth of the Lone Star.
