June 28, 2006

All is now set for the return of Liberia's Indonesia based players into the country.

According to Wleh Bedell, the players will begin to arrive tomorrow June 29, and by July 15, a huge number will be in town.

Mr. Bedell, who is the Chief organizer for the players' return, indicated that the stars will be coming home to join their compatriots in celebrating the July 26 Independent Day.

According to him, the Indonesian based stars are expected to engage local based Lone Star, former Lone Star and a host of leading clubs in the country.

Those expected in town include Joseph Amoah, Frank Seator, Alex Brown, Sunday Seah, Ezeah Benson, Tarkpoh Sankalay and Stephen Mennoh.

Others include Varney Boakai, Winston Moses, Henry Gobah, Robert Kwateh, Julius Kwateh and Dominic Wesseh.

The rest are Rashidi Williams, Francis Wolo, Francis Carr, Winston Danieh and Moses Nyewan.

Mr. Bedell, who is also a promoter, has further indicated that players Fofee Kamara Anthony Ballah, Murphy Nagbe and Zah Krangar will miss the July 26 football jamboree due to clubs engagement.

The quartet has led their respective clubs to the play-offs for a place in the Asian Club Championship.
