Solomon Grimes to avoid Lone Star

Written by Horatio Bobby Willie

LISCR FC defender Solomon Grimes says he will no more play for the national team.

Solomon Grimes told Star radio his decision is due to the failure of the Foreign Ministry to give his passport.

Solomon Grimes claimed that one Fallah who took him to Ivory Coast along with his manager Tassos Ragousis was still in possession of his passport.

The trip to Ivory Coast was made possible after a Grand Gedeh County Representative Kia Farley intervened to have him get a visa.

The Liberian defender was invited to Greece for a tryout with a Superliga side Afterias Tripoli.
The club has already spent over ten thousand United States dollars to have the player move over to Greece.
