Referees appeal for help

The Liberia Football Referees Association is appealing to the public to assist the group seek medical treatment for one of its referees.

The head of the referees group told Star Radio that FIFA Badge International Assistant Referee Jallah Korma is critically ill.

Mr.Idrissa Kaba said doctors at the John F.Kennedy Medical Center have warned that Referee Jallah Korma be taken to Ghana to seek advance treatment.

The referee is suffering from a delicate kidney problem and may likely give up if he is not flown out of Liberia by Friday.

Mr.Kaba is appealing to football officials, business institutions and well meaning Liberians to help save the life of the sick referee.
