Oilers Sinks Without Kadalla, Barrolle Stretches Lead

Current Premiership Champ LPRC-Oilers without Coach Kadallah Kromah sank without trace when they lost 1-0 to Musu Bility Watanga F.C in the opening match of the 2nd phase of the Liberia football Association (LFA) national league at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS).

Coach Kadalla who guarded the Oil boys to Championship triumph last season was sack at the end of the first phase due to what was termed administrative reason.

Despite the loss, Oilers remain at third spot with 14points, while Watanga F.C more to fourth spot with 14points only behind Oilers on superior goal difference.

In the first paring female Champion Titoe United dumped Blanco 2-0.

Meanwhile, former champion Mighty Barrolle stretched their lead at the top of Premiership table with a hard earn 2-1 win over bottom of the table Mark Pro at the Unification Town Sports pitch in Margibi County.

Nuzohn Kulala and Alex Nimely were the scorers.

Kulala is now top scorer in the top flight with seven goals in nine matches.

Earlier, Unification Town Alliance F.C and USA Invaders settled to a 1-1 draw in a first division clash. Both sides remain at second and fourth spot respectively.
