Oilers Drop Six



Premiership champions LPRC-Oilers have dropped six players on grounds of being delinquent for practices.

According to higher ups of the Gold and Black outfit those affected are Abel Quiah, Opelo George, Himie Freeman, Robert Teah, Atoga Barnabas and another player who our source could not really name. He indicated that one of the team's four goalkeepers have being placed on probation for similar reasons.

With the players now club less, what is still unclear is whether they will be given their just benefits as it is with a contractual agreement. Also, with holding midfielder Robert Teah on the list of dropped players it is still uncertain as to whether he will still be part of the newly formed national U-23/local Lone star.
