In continuation of the Liberia Football Association (LFA) league,
second division giants, Millennium Stars FC was yesterday beaten for
the second time.
The team met their waterloo at the hands of Mighty Blue Angels in a
match that was thrilling. Blue Angels got two goals in the first and
second half before Millennium Stars replied.
The defeat was Millennium second defeat in a row, something which has
raised eyebrows over the technical knowhow of the technical staff of
the team. The team officials, supporters and well-wishers are still
pondering over how the team can lose two games in a row at the hand of
Haja FC and Mighty Blue Angels.
Following the game, some supporters of Millennium Stars were overheard
saying that coach Willie and his staff did not apply the right
ingredients in the two games the team lost.
For some officials, the league is still young and the Coach might
still be putting his side together.
