Lofa, Grand Bassa In Winning Form

There were wins for Grand Bassa, Lofa and Bomi Counties on the opening day of the county meet. In Voinjama City, the host Lofa came from a goal down to drag Bong County 3-1.
Siaka Sheriff scored two times for Lofa.

In kickball, Bong County whipped Lofa 11 to 8 home runs.

Elsewhere, Grand Bassa County finished 3-2 winners over Rivercess County in football

while the host Bassa was beaten in the kickball game.

The games were played at the Doris Williams Stadium in Buchanan.

In Robertsport, Bomi County defeated the host Grand Cape Mount 2-1 in an exciting showdown.

Grand Cape Mount won the kickball game 15 to 5 home runs.
