Former Lone Star Coach Kadalla Kromah says Anthony Snorti
Laffor was the most discipline player on the Lone Star
during his time as coach. kadalla who had two appearances as
Coach of the Lone Star and is on record of leading the
country in arguably its first competitive away win against
Chad in the 2002 World Cup qualifier, send an SMS to ELBC
Sports program, Super Sports, describing Laffor as "the most
discipline player during my time with the Lone Star as
coach".
Laffor and the duo of Francis Doe and Dioh Williams were
expelled from the Lone Star by the LFA for what they term
"misgiving conduct". During kadala's second spell with the
Lone Star, he invited the then Obuasi Goldfields man Anthony
Laffor for his debut match away to the Scorpions of Gambia
in 2003.
Due to the player's discipline, commitment and enthusiasm,
he was appointed captain by the then Hungarian coach
Bertalan Bicskei in 2010 with many describing his expulsion
as shocking, unacceptable and too harsh as the lad has
always been a discipline player who is a good advert and
example to others.
The seemingly looking shy and always smiling central
midfielder converted winger has always shown his love to
wear his country's jersey and has always played with
passion. Though netting in just one international goal, the
lad has shown hard work with his ability to track back,
close down opponents and as well provide assist in the most
lovely of manner when playing for country.
Coming from a very humble background, Snorti is one of the
most discipline Liberian players, and while there may be
more than seven hundred Liberian players scattered round the
globe, one cannot name three without naming Anthony Snorti
Laffor in terms of discipline
