LFA Officials in Cairo for Fifa and Caf workshop

Acting general Secretary of the Liberia Football Association  Mr. Yanqueh Borsay

The acting general Secretary of the Liberia Football Association is currently attending a Fifa and CAF workshop in Cairo, Egypt with countries still participating in the preliminary rounds for the Brazil 2014 world cup finals.

Mr. Yanqueh Borsay is attending the joint workshop along with the administrative manager of the senior national team of Liberia, Lone Star, Sebastine Collins.

The gathering aims to “optimise the smooth and high-level administrative between Fifa, Caf and yourselves throughout the remainder of the competition, which will actually resume in June 2012”.
Liberia is in Group ‘J’ with Senegal, Angola and Uganda.

Also in Cairo, Borsay will attend a CAF meeting of General Secretaries on Friday April 27.

The pair left the country Wednesday morning via Morocco; they are expected back over this weekend
