Dweh Allison Joins Rio Claro

By: Reporter

Liberian international striker Dweh Allison has moved from União São João to Rio Claro FC in the Brazilian Campeonato Paulista Série A2.

The former Invincible Eleven ace is affectionately known as Balotelli among teammates and fans, not only for the remarkable face and hair resembling to Italian striker Mario Balotelli, but also the style of play (strength and speed on the ball). He moved to Brazil in 2011 after signing with Pameiras-B, and has since become a fan favorite.

The 22-year old spent the earlier part of last season with Pameiras-B before crossing over to União São João where he made four appearances, scoring one goal. Allison has improved his Portuguese and become more acclimated to the Brazilian game, and is expected to be a major contributor to his new club’s quest for glory this season.
