Black Star Ends LISCR FC Knockout Dominance

LISCR FC has been kicked out of this year’s knockout competition.

LISCR FC went down to Black Star at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium in a hard fought showdown.

Black Star beat the two times knockout champions 7-6 in post match penalties.
Regular time finished 0-0.
The win takes Black Star to semi final of the competition
NPA Anchors have also secured a place in the semi finals of the LFA Knockout league.

NPA Anchors scored an impressive 3-0 win over Watanga to go through.
Jeremiah Corneh scored two times for the Anchors in the 16th and 80th minutes of the match.

Melvin George capped a remarkable performance with a 40-yard shot that beat the goalkeeper of Watanga pants down in the 90th minute.
