Barrolle, NPA Pythons In Decisive Clash

By Julu M. Johnson, Jr.

The last match to determine the second finalist in this year's national basketball season for
2005 will be known by the end of Friday.

Mighty Barrolle and NPA Pythons will therefore play the last of their three-match playoff match
at the Sports Commission on Broad Street.

The two bitter archrivals, which are among the best sides in Liberian basketball, have beaten
each other twice this season, including the first two playoff matches. Like the regular season,
Mighty Barrolle won the first match before NPA Pythons tied the score.

The winner of the match on Friday will subsequently face LPRC Oilers after the latter ousted
Uhuru Kings in two straight matches.

The playoffs will, meanwhile, continue on Saturday with Commissioners taking on Dream Team in
game one. St. Paul Crushers will face Flip Stars.

The best out of five grand finals will begin on Sunday at the same venue. In game one, Phoenix
will meet K-Delta or Commissioner in the first of the female division grand final.

The second match will be between Flames and the winner of the T-Chons-Venture Knights match.
The last match of the day will involve LPRC Oilers against Mighty Barrolle or NPA Pythons.
